Q? – Do you charge to come out and have a look at the equipment?

A –In order to pay our engineers and cover travelling, fuel, test equipment and tools we normally have to charge for a call out. In the unlikely scenario that we can’t repair the equipment, we normally waive our charge. Remember if a company offers no call out charge ask yourself how honest they are going to be when the problem is only a fuse!

 

Q? – How much do you charge for a call out?

 A –We offer very competitive rates and the cost would depend on whether you have a service-level agreement with us and upon the nature of the call. Any extensive works are subject to a quotation and will not commence without prior authorisation, allowing you to keep within your budgets.

 

Q? – Money is tight and I’m not sure the equipment is worth repairing?

A –You can always leave us a message or phone us and we will be happy to discuss the problem free of charge so that together we can decide if it’s worth coming out.

Q? – If I shop about, might I be able to get cheaper rates?

A –We often here from customers that the last engineer took all day to fix a 30 minute problem, and then charged for 7 hours labour.  All engineers we send out are fully trained, hold all required qualifications and have years of experience so they will be able to get to the cause as fast as possible.

 

Q? – What insurance do you hold?

A – We are insured for Public liability to £5,000,000

 

Q? – What are your geographical areas of work?

A – We operate daily throughout Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Nottinghamshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and everything in between. We will travel further by agreement. Please contact us if you would like to find out if we cover your area.

 

Q? – Can you tailor a maintenance package to our requirements?

A – Yes, provided it does not invalidate the manufacturers’ warranties, we can provide a facility which best suits your requirements.

 

Q? – How do you take payment?

A – Payment will usually be required on completion unless you have an account with us, payments may be made by business cheque, BACs bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
